For years, the First Baptist Church of Leesburg (FBC) has demonstrated a deep commitment to their staff by hosting annual biometric screenings. However, for 2026, the HR team was ready to take their initiative to the next level. Corporate Health Fairs™ was thrilled to step in and transform their traditional screening day into a comprehensive, high-energy health fair that truly celebrated their employees.
A Transformation in HR Wellness
The goal for this event was simple: elevate the experience. While biometric screenings remained a cornerstone of the day, we added layers of clinical care, interactive education, and physical relaxation. The result was a day filled with camaraderie as staff from across the organization came together to support one another’s health journeys. The HR department was thrilled to see such a high level of engagement and a renewed sense of excitement surrounding their HR wellness programs in Orlando and the surrounding areas.
Event Highlights: Comprehensive Care & “Busy Bee” Perks
To provide a well-rounded experience, we curated a diverse list of vendors and activities tailored to the FBC team:
- Clinical Excellence: Water’s Edge Dermatology provided both skin cancer and vein screenings, while AdventHealth offered health risk assessments and cancer screening education. The Chiropractic Center was on hand for spinal checks.
- Biometrics & Prevention: Florida Blue hosted a dedicated screening area with five tables for biometric assessments. To support preventative care, P3 Medical provided essential vaccines including Pneumonia, Shingrix, and Tdap.
- Refuel & Recharge: The “Make Your Own” Trail Mix Bar and the Lunch Bag for Busy Bees giveaway was a massive hit, providing a healthy, customizable snack for staff on the go. To melt away stress, (3) chair massage therapists provided restorative sessions throughout the event.
