Depending on your company size, a health fair can consist of anywhere between 7 to 28 healthcare providers and wellness experts, offering free health checkups pertaining to blood pressure, massage, posture, stress, body composition and nutrition. There are other optional low-cost tests such a PSA, bone density, cholesterol, glucose and nutritional analysis that may be offered, as well.
