Wellness and safety took center stage at the world-class Brightline Train Station at Orlando International Airport (MCO) this month. Corporate Health Fairs™ was proud to coordinate a massive-scale employee health fair in Orlando for the Greater Orlando Aviation Authority (GOAA).
A Partnership Rooted in Innovation
We are honored to celebrate our long-time partnership with GOAA, which began in 2022. Over the years, we have worked closely with the Authority to evolve their wellness strategy. For the past two years, we have successfully implemented a unified approach by combining their annual employee safety fair with their annual health fair into one mega-event.
This combined format has proven to be a game-changer, ensuring that every GOAA team member can access vital physical health resources and workplace safety education in a single, high-impact day. Kudos to the Greater Orlando Aviation Authority for their significant and ongoing investment in their workforce—making this event even more impactful year after year.
Event Highlights: Wellness, Safety, and Finance
Held at the modern Brightline Station, the event featured over 25 specialized vendors and interactive stations:
- Clinical & Wellness Zone: On-site skin cancer screenings from Advanced Dermatology, hearing checks from Best Hearing Care Today, biometric screenings by P3 Medical, and EKG’s provided by Premier Cardiology and Vascular.
- Financial Wellness Zone: Experts from Edward Jones, Addition Financial, and Empower provided guidance on financial health and retirement planning.
- Active Wellness: (8) back-to-back yoga classes, (4) chair massage therapists, and (2) stretch therapists provided much-needed physical “recharging” for the team.
- The “Game Zone” & Extras: Highlights included the “Shooting Stars” inflatable basketball, mini-golf, and a very popular visit from the Paw Pilots therapy dogs.
